Digital signage product and service

Basic Information

The company is an established multi discipline design. With a strong presence in Torbay and South Devon we have developed strong links with the local tourist board, council and other strategic groups. Over the past 10 months we have developed a new digital signage product called ReachiDM which has opportunities for significant growth.
ReachiDM provides interactive multimedia information via a network of 40" plasma screens in high footfall public locations providing benefits to both advertisers and consumers. Subscribers can update their advertising content remotely and obtain statistics on user interaction. Consumers are provided with up-to date information and offers.
Our detailed projections for the company show that with an investment of £140k we would be cash generative within 10 months.
In the last 3 months:
• We have sold a network of Reach screens to Torbay Libraries for £15k.
• Torbay Coast Countryside Trust three screen network displays advertise information on screens owned by us in return for a monthly fee.
• Torquay Town Centre Company is planning to take a contract with us to deliver information and promote the town centre through our screens - 12 months plus 4 year option.
• English Riviera Tourism would like a 30 screen presence to help deliver Tourist Information Centre services more effectively.

Our initial projections are based on a network across our local area Torbay. Reach is very scalable however and we will expand to create networks in adjoining areas – funded through growth. A franchise or license structure could facilitate a national expansion programme.
We believe the investment will be EIS eligible.
