Listed is a free lifestyle and entertainment guide targeting young professionals living in the South West. The two magazines and two websites cover the arts, music, comedy, theatre and nightlife, and are distributed to venues across Bournemouth and Southampton.
Established three years ago, the publisher, the investee company, is seeking investment of £325,000 to expand the business nationally and launch the UK’s first hybrid national/ regional magazine. The network of magazines will contain both national and regional advertising, and will be supported by websites that offer ticket sales, vouchers and entertainment packages.
Within three years the company expects to achieve an annual profit of £2.2 million, and accumulated profit in Year 5 of £7 million. Investment is required to cover the launch costs of the first six magazines and the print and payroll costs for the first quarter.
