Co-investment Fund

Finance for Business, supporting the development of a sustainable economy in the South West of England

The fund will provide business loans which will, subject to certain parameters, match £ for £ new equity capital being issued to new shareholder(s) in an eligible company. A key innovation of the fund is that the loan will only be provided alongside a pre-approved equity investor (‘Keystone Investor’). The pre-approval process will require the keystone investor to demonstrate:-

• a successful track record of business Angel / Venture Capital investing
• a profound understanding of the sector in which the applicant business operates.
